The final transnational project meeting of the FutureForward project took place in Berlin on June 27–28, 2026, hosted by partner organization Berlink. The event brought together all project partners for two days of collaboration, strategic planning, and final refinement of the project’s outputs.

As project coordinator, Learnable facilitated the sessions covering the latest pilot testing feedback, improvements to the MOOC and Use Case Animations, and the sustainability strategy. The meeting also focused on preparing the upcoming Multiplier Events and aligning all partners on post-project commitments.

Key highlights of the meeting:

  • Final adjustments to the FutureForward MOOC, including additional textual resources and practical handouts for learners ready to take their AI knowledge further.
  • Review of pilot testing results from all partner countries, with input from both adult educators and learners.
  • Agreement on next steps for Multiplier Events to be held in each country by September 2026.
  • Joint planning of long-term sustainability actions, including continued promotion and use of the platform, local workshops, and integration into training offers.

The meeting was an important milestone to consolidate results and ensure long-lasting impact across Europe.
