The final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the Augmented Reality for Schools (AREA) project took place on 3–4 November 2025 in Bratislava, hosted by Indicia, the project coordinator.
Partners from Greece, Austria, and Italy gathered to review the final phase of activities, exchange insights, and plan the sustainability of the project beyond its official end.

During the meeting, the consortium focused on the finalization of the Guidelines — a practical document that will support schools in applying the knowledge and tools provided in the AREA Toolkit. These guidelines will help teachers and educators integrate Augmented Reality (AR) into classroom practices in a structured, accessible, and inclusive way.

The partners also discussed the ongoing dissemination activities, including the organization of the final multiplier events to be held in each partner country. These events aim to share the project’s outcomes with a wider educational audience and inspire schools to adopt AR-based teaching approaches.

Finally, the team explored strategies for project sustainability, ensuring that the AREA Toolkit and its training resources will continue to be used and updated by schools after the project’s completion.

The meeting in Bratislava marked an important milestone — a moment to celebrate the collaboration among European partners and to look ahead at how Augmented Reality can continue to enrich learning experiences across Europe.
