• We may collect your personal data when you contact us for the sign-up of our Newsletters. We use Mailchimp to disseminate our Newsletters. 2. If you are seeking information about LEARNABLE and our activities.

• We may collect your name and contact information, including but not limited to name, job title, business address, email address and telephone number following the exchange of business cards or when you request orally or in writing to be added to our mailing list.
• We may use your details to contact you about LEARNABLE’s activities, projects, and events and to organise such activities, projects, and events.

3. If you register as a learner using any LEARNABLE learning platform.

• We may collect your name and contact information, including but not limited to name, address, email address and telephone number during your signing up on the learning platform. We use Thinkific platform to deliver online training courses. The processing of your personal data while using Thinkific platform as learner/subscriber will be subject to this privacy policy as well as to the terms and conditions of Thinkific (see https://www.thinkific.com/terms-of-service/).
• We may use your details to contact you about any relevant LEARNABLE training activities, projects and events.

 

FOR WHICH PURPOSES WILL WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Under data protection law, we can only process your personal information if we have a proper reason for doing so, e.g.:
