The first multiplier event of the B-skills project was organized by Learnable and held in Pesaro on May 11, 2023 at the headquarters of Assindustria Consulting srl. It was a training course aimed at young people employed in the province of Pesaro-Urbino.
The objective of the event was to present the project, main aims, partnership and expected results to potential beneficiaries.
The event was aimed at apprenticeship students and vocational trainers and educators. About 25 people attended the event.
During the first part of the morning, Learnable presented the context in which the B-Skills project was born, explaining to the participants the potential of blockchain technology and the need for basic blockchain literacy, despite the fact that in reality there are no or very few training courses aimed at adult learners.
Next, Giulio Gabbianelli (Learnable) provided the main information about the project, duration, consortium, objectives and expected results.
He then dwelt on the first result of the developed project (B-Skills Toolkit), presenting the content of the document and its objectives to the participants.
Finally, he showed a preview of the second project outcome (B-Skills Simulator) that allows the final beneficiary to experience the application areas of blockchain through game-like simulations.
A QA session was organised to give participants the opportunity to explore the topics of their interest in more depth.
At the end of the event, the project leaflet with all the main information was distributed.
The event was highly appreciated by the students and the trainers, who showed interest in the topic and gained knowledge about the making methodology on which the project is based.
Many of the participants also expressed a willingness to participate in the planned testing phase to help improve the results produced.
